Once you have defined your equipment needs and have received a lease quotation circle the rental and term desired on the Quotation form.Complete the Lease Application.Make sure that you have provided all of the requested information requested on the Lease Application. Both the Lease Application and Quotation must be signed.

The Lease Approval Decision
Send us complete information and for requests of less than $75,000 we will generally provide 24 hour turnaround for the Lease Application decision.
For Transactions over $75,000 we need up to five business days to complete the review.The five days are necessary in order to allow for responses from bank and trade references and to review the required financial statements and/or tax returns.
In order to achieve the highest approval rate possible a thorough individual credit analysis is performed.The analysis gives consideration to items such as the financial condition of the applicant, the time in operation under current management, the collateral, trade references, bank references, the vendor’s history, and the applicant’s payment history.
Upon Approval
The decision will be transmitted via phone and/or email advising of the credit decision.Upon approval the lease documents will be prepared and forwarded for execution. The lease documentation package will have a thorough instruction letter providing directions for the documentation processing and return.
Lease Commencement and Vendor Payment
Payment to the equipment vendor for the leased equipment will normally be made within 48 hours once all documentation has been received. And, upon verification of the equipment delivery and acceptance, the lease term commences.
